In a moment of collective concern for finding the workforce necessary for the upcoming agricultural activities, the president of Cia-Agricoltori Italiani, Dino Scanavino, and the president of Synergie Italia SpA, Giuseppe Garesio, have signed an agreement valid nationwide to promote and enhance the employment opportunities in agriculture.

Synergie Italia SpA is an employment agency authorised by the Ministry of Labor and an accredited body for active labour policies in almost all Italian regions, is among the world leaders in professional recruitment in various production sectors. Through the partnership with the CIA, it aims to structure and consolidate a presence also in the agricultural industry.

The relationship with Synergie Italia SpA gives an evident response to the labour needs of the agricultural sector that, increasingly, even for the most common activities, requires workers with adequate skills.

According to the agreement, an innovative platform will be activated for training, recruitment, placement of workers in agriculture and match supply with demand.

A special section will be created dedicated to the farming job market, bringing together supply and demand in a simple, transparent and effective way, both through administration contracts and through direct hiring. Thanks to the agreement, reliable information/training support will also be activated for companies on the work administration regime, on the best forms of staff placement, contracts and even on any facilities that may be accessible for new hires.
