This year, farmers’ leaders from WFO member organisations across the globe will convene in person in Budapest for the most significant event in the institutional life of the organisation, the General Assembly, and they will be called to vote for the new WFO President.
“While this brings me sadness because the end of my term is approaching, I also feel blessed and enriched,” said Dr Theo de Jager, who took charge of all presidential commitments over the last five years. “I wish the best of luck to the candidates for the WFO Presidency,” he said, welcoming the candidacies of Katrina Sarah Milne and Arnold Puech D’Alissac.
